Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity: Patients with a known hypersensitivity to Levocetirizine, Montelukast, or any other component of the formulation.
- Severe Renal Impairment: Avoid use in patients with severe renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance <10 mL/min).
- Phenylketonuria: Patients with phenylketonuria should avoid use due to the presence of aspartame in certain formulations.
Precautions:
- Alcohol Consumption: Avoid alcohol or other CNS depressants, as they may increase the risk of drowsiness or other side effects.

Adverse Events:

- Serious: Behavioral changes, hallucinations, agitation, suicidal thoughts, and angioedema.
- Others: Levocetirizine may cause urinary retention in some patients, particularly those with predisposing conditions.
