Dosage:

• Recommended Dose: One tablet twice daily (B.I.D), typically taken in the morning and evening.
• Special Populations:

• Hepatic Impairment: Use with caution; regular monitoring of liver function is advised.
• Elderly: Careful monitoring is recommended due to the increased risk of side effects, particularly gastrointestinal and renal issues.

Mode of Action:

• Aceclofenac: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which is involved in the production of prostaglandins, chemicals responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever.
• Paracetamol: An analgesic and antipyretic that works centrally in the brain to reduce pain and fever. It also enhances the pain-relieving effects of aceclofenac.

Indication:

• Relief of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
• Management of mild to moderate pain, including headache, toothache, and menstrual pain.

How to Take ACEPELLA:

• Take one tablet twice daily, preferably with or after food to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding the duration of use, particularly if you are taking the medication for chronic conditions.

Possible Side Effects:
