Composition:

Description:
VINSTAT-CV combines Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel in a single capsule to provide a comprehensive approach to cardiovascular health. This combination is designed to manage cholesterol levels while reducing the risk of blood clots, thereby supporting overall heart health and reducing the likelihood of cardiovascular events.

Indications:
VINSTAT-CV is indicated for:

• Management of hyperlipidemia and reduction of LDL cholesterol levels.
• Prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease, including myocardial infarction and stroke.
• Reduction of the risk of thrombotic events, such as those associated with acute coronary syndrome.

Mechanism of Action:

• Atorvastatin: Inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, leading to decreased cholesterol production in the liver. This results in lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides and increased HDL cholesterol, which helps prevent cardiovascular disease.
• Clopidogrel: An antiplatelet medication that inhibits platelet aggregation by blocking the P2Y12 ADP receptor on platelets. This reduces the risk of blood clots and subsequent cardiovascular events.

Dosage and Administration:

• The usual dose is one capsule daily, taken with or without food.
