Composition:

Description:
Tenelar-20 is a potent dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor used for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Teneligliptin helps to regulate blood glucose levels by enhancing the body’s natural ability to control glucose levels through the incretin system.

Indications:
Tenelar-20 is indicated for:

• Management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults.
• Use as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control.

Mechanism of Action:
Teneligliptin inhibits the DPP-4 enzyme, which leads to increased levels of incretin hormones (such as GLP-1 and GIP). These hormones stimulate insulin secretion and reduce glucagon levels, resulting in improved blood glucose control.

Dosage and Administration:

• The recommended dose is one tablet of Tenelar-20 daily, taken with or without food.
