Mode of Action:
Sitagliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor. Sitagliptin does not usually cause hypoglycemia unless combined with other medications that do.
Indication:
- Type 2 diabetes mellitus, to improve glycemic control in adults as monotherapy or in combination with other antidiabetic agents.
How to Take Lasita 50:
- Take one tablet daily, at the same time each day for best results.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
- Lasita 50 can be taken with or without food.
- Do not crush or chew the tablet.
Possible Side Effects:
