Indication

• Diabetic neuropathy, Peripheralneuropathy, Drug induced Neuropathy
• Alcohol induced Neuropathy, Post herpetic neuralgia, Reflex sympathetic Neuropathy

Dosage – 1 Tablet B.I.D
Contraindication – COPD, CKD, megaloblasticanemia, cobalt or cobalamin allergy and Leber’s disease.
Drug interaction – caffeine, losartan
